4. In 2020, HARC presented A Proposal for a Behavioral Healthcare Center for Northwest Colorado to UC Health Yampa Valley. It was received with mixed reviews given UC Health is “not in the mental health business.” An addendum to the proposal was written and presented post-Covid (February 2022).
